Tasting Notes

Light in feel and exceptionally elegant. Creamy in texture with persistent, tiny bubbles. Classic Champagne nose and flavors of yeast, toast, pear, minerals and subtle tropical fruits that seem to gain weight with each sip. Very crisp and clean, the essence of purity. A wine to sip every night before dinner when we become billionaires. (Price estimated.)
